RETURNTO YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF

You did the work.
It never stuck.

Not because you did it wrong. Because of what all of it had in common.

01What you already tried
The list, in the order most people did it
TherapyBreathworkMeditationSomatics RetreatsCoachingThe booksThe courses

Some of it helped. For a while.

Then the week got heavy, and you were back. Same reaction, same reach for the phone, same held breath. You did not lose the insight. The insight just stopped changing anything.

Every one of them added something. A practice, a framework, a language, a morning routine. Not one of them removed anything.

You have been decorating a room you never cleared.

Eight years of things that helped, stacked on top of each other.
02What Kevin does instead

You cannot add your way home.

Every method you tried put something in. Kevin's takes something out. That is the whole of the difference.

Not from adding.From collapsing.

Not from becoming.From remembering.

Not from fixing.From returning.

Kevin Gonzales
The same things, set down. The floor is clear where the stack stood.
03What actually happens

It is quieter than you think.

No retelling your childhood for an hour. No homework. Kevin works out loud with you, guides your breathing until the body lets go of what it is holding, and then works with what surfaces.

Most of it is about twenty minutes. People are usually surprised at how little talking is involved.

Two chairs and about twenty minutes. That is most of it.
  1. Identify
Name the structure that is actually running, not the story about it.
  2. Collapse
Remove it. This is the part every other method skips.
  3. Return
What is left is you, without the thing standing in front of you.
04Three people it happened to

Not written down. Recorded.

Two of these are review calls. One is a session, caught while it was happening.

Tanya P.
Former professional athlete, thirty days with Kevin.
Why it held
“It’s a lot more complicated or harder to do. This is easy to stick to because it was really enjoyable.”Comparing it to what she had already tried

She is comparing it to the meditation and neuroscience work she had already done. 0:13

Earlier in the same conversation, asked what she was like before: Going really, really hard, and then just doing nothing. Going hard and then stopping.

Where this is from. A recorded review call after thirty days with Kevin. Cut continuously and not spliced, with the meeting software’s name label blurred out. That programme is not this room, so read it as proof of the method rather than of the membership.

Aida P.
Recorded mid-session, not afterwards.
Knowing it, then feeling it
“I knew about it, but I did not embody it… until this point. Like, today.”The moment it stopped being an idea

She had understood this material for years. Watch what she asks next: why she still feels confused. 0:41

Where this is from. Her own session recording, shared by Kevin. Framed to her half of the call, so the recording software’s title and speaker label, both of which carry her full name, are outside the picture. Cut continuously and not spliced.

Lyka C.
On a check-in call with Kevin.
What went first
“I wasn’t even… desperate for… having a job, getting a job. I was just like, okay, I’m ready.”Asked what had changed

Asked what had changed, she starts with what stopped. The desperation went before anything else did. 0:15

Where this is from. A recorded check-in call, cut continuously and not spliced. She goes on to talk about work and money. That is her life, not a claim about what this does. Nothing here is offered as a financial outcome.

Three people, three recordings, no re-shoots and no scripts. Every one of them needs a written release before this page runs anywhere public.

Going hard and then stopping is not a discipline problem. It is a pattern, and it runs whether or not you understand it.

05The ordinary Tuesday afterwards

Does it hold?

That is the only question that matters, because it is where everything else you tried fell over. These are messages people sent Kevin weeks and months later, unprompted.

Client message: having thoughts she has never had before, and is present with her kids.
Present with her kids. That is the whole thing.
Client message: wearing clothes she used to avoid in case people judged.
Behaviour changed before she noticed.
Client message: wants the change itself, not the outcome.
What the work is actually for.
Client message: old self surfaced for one second at a crash scene, then regulation returned.
The old self showed up for one second.
Thirteen more, from thirteen different people. Tap any one to read it.

Seventeen messages, seventeen people. None of them is the one on your read page.

“I’ve done breathwork before, meditation and a lot of manifestation techniques. But these activations clear so much… and all we’re doing is being present and listening.”

06One thing, five disguises

It is not five problems.

Kevin calls it the impersonator. The part that learned, early, that being yourself was not safe, and built something to stand in for you.

It wears whichever face keeps you safest. Most people recognise themselves in one immediately.

The Manager“If I put it down, it falls.”
The Flincher“I get close. Then I flinch.”
The Grinder“I will get there if I try harder.”
The Chameleon“There is a me for every room.”
The Chaser“I got there. It moved.”

Not sure which one is running you? Five questions, about sixty seconds, and you get the answer plus a recorded session for it.

07The call
Kevin works with whoever puts their hand up. The call is where he finds out what you would actually need.

Thirty minutes with Kevin

Free30 minutes · no card
  • He asks what you already tried, and what it actually did
  • He tells you which disguise he thinks is running, and why
  • You leave with one thing to watch this week, either way
  • If it fits, he tells you which room you belong in

Nothing to pay and nothing to enter. You pick a time and you get a link.

Straight up. Kevin sells things, and if the call goes well he will tell you what working with him costs. Some of it is not cheap. If it does not fit he will say so on the call rather than after it, and you keep the read either way.

His private coaching carries a promise he calls Come Home or I Keep Working. Four sessions, and if nothing measurable has shifted he keeps working with you free until it does. That promise is for those programs, not for this call and not for the room below.

If you are not talking to anyone yet

There is a room you can just sit in.

His group, Return To Your Authentic Self, runs live removal calls every week and holds the full session vault. All five disguises, not only yours. It is US$55 a month with seven days free, and you can watch for a while before you ever say anything.

08The obvious questions
I have tried things like this before.

That is the point. Almost everyone in the room has. The difference is not intensity or belief, it is direction. Everything you tried added a practice on top. This removes the thing underneath.

If adding had been going to work, it would have worked by now.

Is this therapy?

No. It is coaching and self-enquiry. It is not diagnosis or treatment, it does not replace either, and Kevin will say so himself. If you are working with a therapist, keep working with them.

Is this a sales call?

Partly, and pretending otherwise would be the first dishonest thing on this page. Kevin works for a living and if the call goes well he will tell you what that costs.

The other part is real. He will tell you what he thinks is running you whether or not you buy anything, because he cannot tell if you are a fit without doing that first.

What if I am not a fit?

He tells you on the call instead of after it. Some people are better off with a therapist, and he will say that. Some people are already doing the right thing and just need to keep going.

You still leave with the read. That was the point of the thirty minutes.

How long is it, and what do I bring?

Thirty minutes, on video, and you get the link the moment you book. Nothing to prepare and nothing to read first.

Bring the thing that keeps happening. The reaction you have already apologised for more than once.

What does working with him actually cost?

There are a few levels, from a group room at US$55 a month up to private work that runs into the thousands.

He will not quote you before he knows which one fits, because quoting the wrong one is how people end up paying for something that was never going to work on them.

What if I do not feel anything?

Some people feel it on the first call and some do not. Feeling a lot on the day is also not the measure. The measure is whether the reaction you always have gets quieter in an ordinary week.

Nothing here asks you to decide that in advance. Thirty minutes and no card is a cheap way to find out.

09Where this leaves you

Nothing here needs you to believe it.

You have thirty minutes and no card. The only thing worth asking at the end of them is whether he named the thing you have never been able to name yourself.

If he did not, you have lost half an hour. If he did, you already know what that is worth.

This is coaching and self-enquiry work. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment, and it does not replace them. Client experiences shown on this page are personal and are not a promise of results.
